Movement is personal, which is why Project Function offers flexible memberships to fit your goals.
Our staff will help you understand your body’s needs, and guide you both on the gym floor & in personal training sessions. We recommend training 2–3 times per week to build consistency & long-term results.
Personal training is available. You can also train independently with open gym access. Use our app to book sessions that fit your schedule. Members can stay up to 4 hours per visit, with at least an hour recommended to maximize results.
Facility trainers are equipped with the Functional Patterns methodology to help clients through barriers in their bodies.
With coaching, environment tailored for growth & the equipment to help, we provide an experience of positive reinforcement with actionable steps.
This facility was planned, built & organized to provide the client with an environment that helps with their health & fitness needs.
The equipment offered is unique & specifically made to help clients make improvements in their movement, coordination, strength & endurance.
