Movement is personal, which is why Project Function offers flexible memberships to fit your goals.
Our staff will help you understand your body’s needs, and guide you both on the gym floor & in personal training sessions. We recommend training 2–3 times per week to build consistency & long-term results.
Personal training is available once a week but not required. You can also train independently with open gym access. Use our app to book sessions that fit your schedule. Members can stay up to 4 hours per visit, with at least an hour recommended to maximize results.
