Referral Program Policy

As a participant in the Project Function Review Referral Program (the "Program"), you are subject to Project Function's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, together with the following additional terms and conditions.

Eligibility

Eligibility is limited to active Project Function members only. Project Function employees and members that only use the gym for Personal Training sessions are not eligible to participate. The Program is valid only at participating Project Function locations in the United States, which include both company-owned gyms and independently owned franchise locations that have elected to participate in the Program. Not all franchise locations participate, and participation may change at any time. To confirm whether a specific location is participating, contact that location directly or refer to Project Function's then-current list of participating locations.

Successful Referral

A successful referral occurs when a new customer purchases a Project Function membership after signing up for a membership referencing you as the person who referred them at the point of sale. 

For each successful referral, you will receive a membership fee credit ("Fee Credit") in the amount and subject to the annual cap specified in Project Function's then-current Referral Program schedule. The successful referral count resets at the beginning of each calendar year. Project Function may update the schedule at any time.

Any Fee Credits earned under the Program will be applied automatically to upcoming monthly membership fees due under your active Project Function membership. Fee Credits will not be applied to past-due amounts or to any annual membership fee.

Fee Credits may be applied only to your current active membership at your current club. Fee Credits may not be transferred to another person or used after a transfer of your membership to another club.

Fee Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

If you earn Fee Credits while your membership is frozen, those credits will be applied immediately if possible or during the next available billing cycle after your membership is unfrozen. Frozen accounts may retain Fee Credits only until the end of the applicable calendar year. Accounts that remain frozen into a new calendar year will forfeit any unused Fee Credits.

If you cancel your membership, any unused Fee Credits will be forfeited and cannot be applied to future billing statements, even if you later rejoin.

Compliance With Law

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your participation in the Program. Any distribution of your referral link in a manner that constitutes unsolicited commercial messaging, spam, or another prohibited marketing practice is strictly prohibited.

Project Function may suspend or terminate your access to the Program if it determines, in its sole discretion, that you have used the Program in a questionable manner, breached these terms, or violated any applicable law or regulation.

Changes or Cancellation

Project Function reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Program, or to update these terms and conditions, at any time in its sole discretion.
