Movement is personal, which is why Project Function offers flexible memberships to fit your goals.
Our staff will help you understand your body’s needs, and guide you both on the gym floor & in personal training sessions. We recommend training 2–3 times per week to build consistency & long-term results.
Personal training is available. You can also train independently with open gym access. Use our app to book sessions that fit your schedule. Members can stay up to 4 hours per visit, with at least an hour recommended to maximize results.
This facility is home of the Project Function Headquarters and offers substantial space both for machine use as well as dynamic training on mats.
This location previously served as a Functional Patterns Facility, staffed by FP-certified Practitioners.
Our location is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a park nearby perfect for grounding before or after your gym session.
