Movement is personal, which is why Project Function offers flexible memberships to fit your goals.
Our staff will help you understand your body’s needs, and guide you both on the gym floor & in personal training sessions. We recommend training 2–3 times per week to build consistency & long-term results.
Personal training is available. You can also train independently with open gym access. Use our app to book sessions that fit your schedule. Members can stay up to 4 hours per visit, with at least an hour recommended to maximize results.
Increased space fosters greater innovation. Gain access to over 20 cutting-edge exercise machines and a variety of additional resources.
Enjoy convenient beach access for grounding after your Project Function workouts. A brief 5-minute walk will take you to the sand and ocean.
