Membership Benefits

Movement is personal, which is why Project Function offers flexible memberships to fit your goals.

Our staff will help you understand your body’s needs, and guide you both on the gym floor & in personal training sessions. We recommend training 2–3 times per week to build consistency & long-term results.

Personal training is available. You can also train independently with open gym access. Use our app to book sessions that fit your schedule. Members can stay up to 4 hours per visit, with at least an hour recommended to maximize results.

After a severe back injury from deadlifting, I found FP and have worked exclusively as a Human Biomechanics Specialist since 2018—helping clients overcome chronic pain, scoliosis, and neurological conditions, as well as training athletes from the G-League to the NFL.

I’m a passionate FP practitioner dedicated to helping people move and live pain free. After earning my Bachelor’s in Health and Human Services from SUNY Buffalo, I spent six years working in physical therapy as an Aid/Trainer across NY, gaining extensive experience in anatomy and physiology.

I grew up across Europe and Asia, playing basketball, ice hockey, and snowboarding, but struggled with chronic back, knee, and shoulder pain. After discovering FP in 2022, I transformed how I move—eliminating pain and restoring athletic function. Now I help others do the same.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Physiology from the University of Oregon. After years of recurring injuries from football and soccer, FP training changed everything. For the past six years, I’ve dedicated myself to helping people of all ages move better and live pain free through the FP methodology.

Health and movement have always been central to my life—growing up skateboarding and playing soccer, then shifting to weightlifting, CrossFit, and calisthenics. I work with a wide range of clients, from teens and athletes to those with scoliosis, sciatica, herniated discs, and compression fractures.
